Tim Cool serves as Director of Alignment with Visioneering Studios, a company that envisions, designs and builds “destinations that lift the spirit” and winner of the Solomon “Best Church Architect” awards for 2008, 2009,2010, and 2011. His role includes development and furthering Visioneering’s development and construction initiatives across the US and internationally. He also focuses on creation care initiatives, facility management and strategic ministry partnerships.

Tim is also the Founder and Chief Solutions Officer of Cool Solutions Group, the developer and provider of ministrEspace (Room/Event Scheduling softeware), facilitEspace (facility and work order management software) and COOL SPACE (HVAC integration with room scheduling software)

Tim has assisted more than 350 churches over the past 27 years, throughout the United States, with their facility’s  needs.   Tim has collaborated with churches in the areas of facility needs analysis, design coordination, construction management, Pre-construction management consultation and facility management. As projects progressed, Tim coordinated the site/property analysis, team integration/leadership, financing and construction. Tim has a thorough knowledge of facilities and their systems. During his career, he has helped develop over 4,000,000 square feet of building totaling more than $500,000,000 in current market value

Tim has also been a conference speaker at numerous national conferences and seminars including the national conferences for the NACBA and Worship Facility Expo. He teaches on topics of interest to growing organization and the impact the physical facility has on the organization. His experience and expertise makes him one of the most sought out experts in organization development, construction, systems and processes.

He maintains his national membership with the International Code Council for building codes. He is also a member of the International Facility Managers Association, National Association of Church Business Administration and National Association of Church Facility Managers. Tim is also the author of the book, “Successful Master Planning: More Than Pretty Pictures”.

Tim has been married to his best friend, Lisa, for 28 years and resides in Charlotte, NC with their 16-year-old triplets. They are active members at Elevation Church.
